Is there car parking?

Yes, we have a large courtyard outside our facility where you can park for free.

How do I get to you?

We're located next to The Queen's Oak pub in Finchampstead, less than 10 minutes from Wokingham. Our address is Unit A, The Old Dairy, Church Lane, Finchampstead, Wokingham, RG40 4LS and our what3words location is clipped.pays.resources.

​What should I wear?

​Loose-fitting clothing. It allows us to expose the muscles we will be working on, for example jogging bottoms or shorts, no jeans. Sports bras for women are ideal as we can see more when carrying out our postural assessments, this would not be worn during the massage.

What should I expect when I visit?

Get the most out of your treatment by following these simple tips:

• ​Arrive early: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can complete a health questionnaire and consultation if you have not already done so beforehand.

• Dress comfortably: We recommend loose-fitting clothing, please, no jeans.​

• Drink plenty: Keep hydrated after your treatment by drinking plenty of water.

Will I feel discomfort during/after my massage?

During the treatment, the level of pain will vary depending on the amount of tension in the muscle, but this will ease as we progress through the treatment. After the treatment, there may be some discomfort as it is difficult to predict as everybody is different. Our therapists will always check what pressure is best for you.

Cancelling, rescheduling and no shows

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us 24 hours or more in advance.
If cancelling less than 24 hours in advance, a charge of 50% will incur.
For block bookings this will be based on the price of one treatment, £40
No shows we be charged at full price of the treatment.

Are you Covid-19 safe?

We are no longer required to wear PPE, nor do you. However, if you would like to, or wish for your therapist to wear a mask, please ask beforehand and we'll be happy to.

Do I have to be at least 18?

No, those under 18 can book and have a massage. However, we do require a parent/guardian to be present for the treatment.

Can I block book treatments?

Yes, you can buy 6 treatments at once and benefit from a discount. The treatments must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase, are paid in advance, and are non-refundable.​ To book the remaining 5 sessions after purchase, simply select the “Block Booking” option and choose the day and time to suit you. At checkout please select “Pay in Person” Finally we will keep track of how many sessions you have used up.

How do I pay?

If you have chosen to “Pay in Person” instead of online. We accept payment via cash or bank transfer. We do not have a card machine.
